MAX LA MANNA

Max designed a bespoke menu using innovative, sustainable ingredients featured in the

Taste of Tomorrow exhibition.

He took over the Fabrica X café for a one-day event on 3 May 2025.



I documented the day through photography and video, covering the menu, guest interactions, and the atmosphere of the takeover, as well as producing an interview video with Max and vox pops with visitors.
